1. I totally second Yano’s Roomba – the one designed for pet hair! That would be one Cylon I would totally welcome with open arms.
Well, that and maybe Sam.

For $22 I was able to make these. Such a relief. [...]
Hey, I’m really trying to get in some daily knitting time.
While it doesn’t look like I’ll be getting done in time for the contest, I might have a pair of socks by December:
Here is my Tranisitions Yoke Cardi at the moment:
I’ve finished the transistions and am now beginning the body – I’ve already checked to [...]

I’ve joined the Mystery Sock group at Ravelry.
I am knitting like a fiend while watching Seasons 1&2 of Battlestar Galactica. I’m so glad I didn’t watch this live and don’t have to wait! It’s amazing to see local places showing up – Gaius Baltar’s beach house is not far from where we camp each year [...]

Ta Da!
See, there has been some knitting around here! While I was away my lovely landlords looked after my place. And my cats. And my chickens. And my fish.
Kind of a lot to look after.
As a way of saying thanks, I knit her some Mason Dixon Ball Band dishcloths (I love the way the colours [...]

I’ve seen this at a few blogs I read and thought I would try it out…let’s see if I keep it up!

1) Waxing — your hair has to be a certain gorilla-length to make it worthwhile
2) Vacation — though even that I leave to the last minute

Whoa! Where does the time go??
I will finish reviewing Lost — this season was incredible? wasn’t it? The posts are in draft form, I’ve just been outrageously busy since like April!
Here is a glimpse of just some of the things occupying my time:
Left to Right – Top to Bottom

Whatever Happened, Happened
This episode was beautiful. It had such depth & warmth. Emotionally riveting and still driving the plot forward – this show continues to amaze me with its complexities and subtle nuances.
This episode had true soul.
