On Thursday we picked my brother and his fiancee up from the airport. They had been visiting some of her family in the Philippines.
Check out these teensy monkeys they saw in Bohol:
We are so glad they had such a fantastic trip – and that they are safely home again.
The very next day my Aunty brought this little one home.
Meet Sadie.
She is a Silver Chinchilla Persian - and she is a heartbreaker!
We went over to meet her today and she is just a bundle of personality. It was a little hard to get pictures of her – she was pretty interested in the camera. Or rather, the strap of the camera.
Mostly gift knitting going on these last few days so…no pictures.
I did finally update the 2007 Reads page…check it out. Link at the top left hand corner of this screen.
eta: It is snowing, snowing, snowing here – so beautiful!

fluffly kitty!!!
Sadie is adorable – my sons pointed out that she’s a toilet paper commercial kitty…
and I think you did a great job on your sweater, last post – colour looks good on you, and it fits like a charm!
And what does puppy think of kitty? Mr. Bear, by the way, is terrified of cat people. Oh- and Happy New Year!
It’s funny that the Cat, in some regards, looks alot like the monkeys in my opinion. Not that that’s a bad thing, both are adorable! -=giggle=-
ohmygosh! Those monkeys are too cute!
I found your blog on Cathy’s (tightly wound~loosely knit) list of Comforting Jenn knitters. Cathy isn’t doing to well, and would like to do something for her. Without giving to much away, can you please email me? You wouldn’t be committing to anything. Thanks so much.

Happy New Year to you and all the wee creatures!
Happy New Year!
Saddie is so beautiful! I also have a soft spot for monkeys! When I was a kid, I got to help out at a pet shop and they had this one monkey named Bruno. When I would pick him up out of his cage, his favorite thing to do was to pick at your hair:) Like he was taking care of you. He did it to everyone.LOL Ever since then monkeys are my favorite at the zoo. This one is so cool looking. I can just imagine the experiences that your brother and his fiancee had while visiting Bohol. That looks so exciting! I bet you got to see some pretty cool photos from their trip.
